Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All appointments must be scheduled online for your convenience. A debit or credit card is required to secure your reservation, along with a non-refundable retainer. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. While the retainer remains non-refundable, it can be applied to your rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the retainer, which cannot be applied to a future appointment. No-shows will also forfeit their retainer, and it will not be applied to future bookings. If you are 10 or more minutes late, with or without notice, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. In this case, the retainer will still be withheld, and a new appointment can be booked online. To ensure a calm and relaxing environment for all guests, only individuals receiving services are permitted in the spa. We kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment. Please note: All sales are final. No refunds. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
